Revised Standards Cover Construction Sanitation & Fleet Safety

ANSI/ASSE A10.25-2017: Sanitation in Construction applies to all construction and demolition job sites. Without proper precautions and planning, construction workers can be exposed to infectious diseases due to poor sanitary conditions associated with toilets and clean-up facilities. A10.25-2017 covers potable water, toilet and general hand washing facilities on a job site.

ANSI/ASSE Z15.1-2017: Safe Practices for Motor Vehicle Operations sets forth practices for the safe management and operation of motor vehicles owned or operated by organizations, including:

  • definitions;
  • management, leadership and administration;
  • operational environment;
  • driver considerations;
  • vehicle considerations;
  • incident reporting and analysis.
